Mubra is a curated music discovery and radio platform focused on authentic independent artists.

1. Human-Created Music Only

Mubra does not allow fully AI-generated music on its platform.

Artists submitting music must confirm that:

The music was created by a human artist
AI tools, if used, were assistive only (e.g., mixing, mastering, enhancement)
AI was not used to fully generate vocals, melodies, lyrics, or compositions

2. Disclosure Requirement

Artists must accurately disclose any use of AI tools during the creation process.

Failure to disclose AI use may result in:

Content removal
Account suspension
Permanent ban from Mubra

Disclosure is mandatory

Inaccurate disclosure — intentional or not — is treated as a policy violation. When in doubt, disclose. Mubra will review disclosures fairly.

3. Review & Enforcement

Mubra reserves the right to:

Review submissions for AI-generated content
Request clarification or proof of authorship
Remove content at its sole discretion

4. Purpose

This policy exists to:

Protect independent artists
Maintain trust and authenticity
Prevent copyright and ownership disputes
