By accessing or using Mubra, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Platform Description

Mubra is an independent music discovery platform offering:

Artist profiles
External music previews and links
A non-interactive 24/7 curated radio

Mubra is not a record label, distributor, or streaming-on-demand service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an artist account or submit music.

3. Artist Content & Ownership

Artists retain 100% ownership of their music and content.

By submitting content, artists grant Mubra a:

License grant

Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, stream, publicly perform, and promote submitted recordings via Mubra's non-interactive radio and discovery features.

4. Submissions, Scheduling & Airplay

Song submissions are requests for review
Submission does not guarantee radio airplay, timing, or frequency
Artists may select preferred days or time windows
Final scheduling decisions are made solely by Mubra

No guaranteed placement

Mubra does not sell guaranteed airplay or specific broadcast placements.

5. Subscription & Fees

Mubra offers a monthly subscription that provides access to platform features and submission tools.

Fees are for platform access only
Fees do not represent payment for streams, royalties, or exposure
Submission fees are non-refundable

6. No Royalties

Artists acknowledge that:

Mubra does not currently pay performance, mechanical, or neighboring-rights royalties
Participation is voluntary and promotional

7. Artist Representations

Artists confirm that:

They own or control all rights to submitted content
Content does not infringe third-party rights
Content complies with Mubra's No-AI Music Policy

8. Content Moderation

Mubra reserves the right to:

Review, approve, reject, or remove content
Suspend or terminate accounts
Enforce platform guidelines at its discretion

9. External Platforms

Mubra may link to third-party services (Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud). Mubra is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party platforms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mubra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mubra is not liable for:

Loss of data
Missed airplay
Promotional outcomes
Business or financial losses

12. Changes to Terms

Mubra may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
